with special needs, this is an outrage! I see first hand the
benefits of therapy and know that without having programs
in place to defer some of the costs, my friend would not be
able to keep up with the financial demands that are
needed to keep her child in therapy. As a nurse, I am
appalled at the money that the state of California spends
on the medical care, a lot of which is not medically
necessary, for the prisoners of our state. We need to see
that our tax payers money goes to the deserving children
of our state..not the low life criminals that are sucking our
state of all of its economic resources.
