enormous improvement of his physical abilities with
therapy. He would be unable to walk at all if not for
therapy. It is miraculous and should be provided to all
disabled who will benefit. Muscles atrophy and mobility is
restricted without PT and OT placing a bigger burden on
parents and the community. The bell can't be unrung if
funding is eliminated.

works full time with 2 daughters one of whch has cerebral
palsy and is 19 months old. She would not be able to
afford the proper therapy care otherwise.
