with developmental disabilities as well as persons with<br />

physical disabilities <strong>are</strong> among our society's most<br />

vulnerable members. This should be a no-bra<strong>in</strong>er. Do we<br />

take c<strong>are</strong> of our own? Answer: YES! Our State of<br />

<strong>California</strong> absolutely needs <strong>to</strong> susta<strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> key health and<br />

social service policies that support and protect <strong>the</strong> well<br />

be<strong>in</strong>g of citizens who <strong>are</strong> already challenged and thus<br />

compromised by <strong>the</strong>ir health and/or disability status. It's<br />
