with an ounce of genuine human decency.. that persons
with developmental disabilities as well as persons with
physical disabilities are among our society's most
vulnerable members. This should be a no-brainer. Do we
take care of our own? Answer: YES! Our State of
California absolutely needs to sustain the key health and
social service policies that support and protect the well
being of citizens who are already challenged and thus
compromised by their health and/or disability status. It's
