setting. It is very important for children with special needs
to get their therapy services that they need. It is very
important to have continue services from CCS.

449. Rich Ngo San Francisco, CA My daughter suffered from a life threatening stroke when
she was just 4 years old. Post stroke, she was not able to
use any of her limbs. She is now 7 years old and while she
does not have full use of the left side of her body, The CCS
Therapist Team helped her relearn how to walk, eat and
navigate life's journeys with just one functioning hand.
They taught her, and are continuing to teach her how to
cope with life's obstacles. Without CCS, our child would
not be as mobile and independent as she is today. Please
don't eliminate this life saving program. Our children are
our future, special needs or not. Please do the right thing
and find other budgets to cut. The children of our society
do not deserve this.

patients, I see up close how much the top notch CCS
therapy services means to families. Changing the eligibility
standards, CCS sevices will be inaccessible to most
families and children. Please don't eliminate this great
service!

US serving kids with disabilities. The proposed restrictions
on the program will effectively cut out services for all
middle class families who have kids with physical
disabilities. Private insurance will not pay for therapy for
these kids. This program must be defended by citizens and
the legislature.
