forefront of provid<strong>in</strong>g c<strong>are</strong> <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> disabled, we must<br />

preserve this program. The loss of CCS will not only be a<br />

loss <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> community, but will be a shameful statement,<br />

represent<strong>in</strong>g what is truly important <strong>to</strong> <strong>California</strong>ns.<br />
