with special needs, I know first hand how difficult it is to
pay for everything my child needs! You at least need to
adjust the 40k income level and the 20% marker to 80k
and 10%; just the cost of living in CA is astronomical!

has done!! If you take that away, it would disable them
more & have less of a normal life that they already don't
have! Also I think there would be more deaths with no
activities! There body would just finally give up. You know
that by setting the income the way you have that more
people will get no help at all!! I think this is an area you
need to keep to help our children grow & be everything
they can be. Healthier & happier!!

learn how to control their body, be as functional as
possible, and be able to be part of the community they are
in.
