Therapy that is medically necessary to improve a child's
ability to function should not have income requirements.
Unless you are extremely wealthy, no one even making
$50,000 can afford private therapy. The long range costs
to care for a disabled person have sky rocketed. To save a
few dollars now will have a disastrous result down the
road.
