Therapy that is medically necessary <strong>to</strong> improve a child's<br />

ability <strong>to</strong> function should not have <strong>in</strong>come requirements.<br />

Unless you <strong>are</strong> extremely wealthy, no one even mak<strong>in</strong>g<br />

$50,000 can afford private <strong>the</strong>rapy. The long range costs<br />

<strong>to</strong> c<strong>are</strong> for a disabled person have sky rocketed. To save a<br />

few dollars now will have a disastrous result down <strong>the</strong><br />

road.<br />
