the reasearch. All children, and anyone with disabilities,
deserve to have care to have quality of life. Do you not
understand the financial burden these families carry as a
result of these treatments? I have worked with children
with all types of abilities and have seen the results of
"warehousing" children. Families should not be placed in a
position of having to think of giving up their children
because they cannot afford to care for them nor should
they not have the services they need. It is time to reduce
the salaries of your government officials and consider the
true needs of the children of California.
