crucial lifel<strong>in</strong>e <strong>to</strong>ward <strong>the</strong> best possible existence for <strong>the</strong>se<br />

children. How about mak<strong>in</strong>g <strong>the</strong> tax system fair <strong>to</strong> raise<br />

revenues before you strip children with special needs of<br />

beneficial and crucially needed programs?<br />
