the state lower than it would if they had no insurance at all.
Cutting their benifits is cruel and not necessary. People
with no jobs and no insurance are bleeding this country dry
not the other way around. You should be ashamed to cut
funding for people who try to help by having their own
insurance on top of state funded programs. Everybody
knows the medical industry is a sham and being able to
cover expenses by having both state and private insurance
is what keeps most families afloat. Shame on you
California! Who are you helping by cutting this program
besides the millions of slackers who abuse the system!

for 2 of their children. One is still going through therapy,
the other can now walk because of the prescriptions for leg
braces, walkers and other helpful devices given by CCS.
The family paid for the devices out of pocket themselves,
the prescriptions came from CCS.

born with a disability. No one knew ahead of time, and he
desperately needs Medical Therapy to learn to walk. He
will need multiple surgeries thorugh his life.

would have been an extreme burden on society had she
not been given the therapies she had to be able to walk
and do activities of daily living. The therapies she had
easily topped $100,000 over the years she was in therapy,
an amount most families could never afford who would
make "too much money" to qualify for the services they get
