meet the extremely restrictive financial eligibility criteria.
This essentially would mean that only very low income kids
would be eligible...people with plenty of financial resources
will also be fine, but the families in the middle...who make
above $40,000, will mostly be left without any access to
therapy for their kids.
Our productive society needs to provide proper medical
care for families and children dealing with these difficult
health conditions. I believe that the compassion to care for
them is a higher priority than many of the expenditures our
federal and state governments make.
