means that he is missing his corpus callosum in his brain,
the sheath of nerve fibers that helps his left and right
brains communicate. CSS services are a vital component
in his development, as the therapists attempt to rewire his
brain through therapies that enable him to develop and
hopefully function in the future in a way that he will be
independent and not a drain on social and educational
services. It is crucial that these valuable services continue
as a way of paying it forward. We are eternally grateful for
all that CSS does.
