I know how challeng<strong>in</strong>g it is for p<strong>are</strong>nts, regardless of <strong>the</strong>ir<br />

<strong>in</strong>come, <strong>to</strong> raise a child with special needs. I also am a<br />

p<strong>are</strong>nt with a child who has been diagnosed with a<br />

traumatic bra<strong>in</strong> <strong>in</strong>jury. I am very aw<strong>are</strong> of <strong>the</strong> money, time,<br />

patience and understand<strong>in</strong>g it takes <strong>to</strong> c<strong>are</strong> for someone <strong>in</strong><br />

this condition. It is overwhelm<strong>in</strong>g. Tak<strong>in</strong>g away <strong>the</strong> fund<strong>in</strong>g<br />

for <strong>the</strong>se families adds an enormous burden <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong>ir<br />

shoulders. Please cont<strong>in</strong>ue servic<strong>in</strong>g all families regardless<br />

of <strong>the</strong>ir <strong>in</strong>come.<br />
