not work without services, and both mother and child would
lose their home, becoming poor and homeless. I can't
imagine the suffering that is needless. Let's tax the oil and
other resources being taken from California; let's tax the
corporate property sheltered by prop. 13. Lets stop
shrinking government essential servicess in California. Our
people and economy won't benefit and the harm done is
incalculable.

who have no other options. Just look at how many mentally
ill people are roaming the streets because they cannot get
help. Family with special needs kids suffer greatly and
without a safety net there is no workable solution unless, of
course, the 1% would be willing to put a little of their pocket
change toward helping out.
