520. Kitty De La Rosa Richmond, CA The medical <strong>the</strong>rapy program is extremely helpful <strong>to</strong><br />

The <strong>the</strong>rapy services help <strong>the</strong>se children <strong>to</strong> develop <strong>the</strong>ir<br />

max. potential and be as much <strong>in</strong>dependent as possible <strong>in</strong><br />

<strong>the</strong>ir activities of daily liv<strong>in</strong>g.<br />

521. Alexis <strong>We</strong>sley San Diego, CA I have two children who need physical and occupational<br />

<strong>the</strong>rapy twice a week. They both have arthrogryposis.<br />

529. Emily Karr P<strong>in</strong>ole, CA If this propoaal goes through so many persons would loose<br />

<strong>the</strong>se services. They would have <strong>to</strong> go through private<br />

<strong>in</strong>surance and probably only get 10 visits per year. Most of<br />

<strong>the</strong> <strong>the</strong>rapist <strong>in</strong> an outpatient sett<strong>in</strong>g do not have <strong>the</strong><br />

specialized pediatric tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g for this type of clientele. If you<br />

<strong>in</strong> an o<strong>the</strong>rwise very challeng<strong>in</strong>g job of rais<strong>in</strong>g a child with<br />
