never crawled and didn't walk until 17 months. She had
spectrum delays and was in 5 hours of therapy a week for
a year and a half - then the state insisted insurance pay -
which would have left us with a "co-pay" of at least $150 a
week- outrageous! We could not afford that and who
could? We've had to cut her back to 2 hours and with this
new law she would get none.
