1,279. Nicole Quistgard Pittsburg, CA My god son needs therapy 3 times a week. It has helped
him improve greatly in the past 2 years
1,280. Carol Beetler Grass Valley, CA
Arensdorf
Palo Alto, CA
1,282. Linda Burkett gleneden beach, OR My nephew's son is receiving these services. The changes
in him have been incredible. I know he wouldn't have have
progressed as far as he has without these services. I
beleive they are so needed for him to progress into a
contributing member of society. Thank You!
1,283. Monica Seybold Nicasio, CA
1,284. Beverly Mackey lincoln city, OR As citizens in a democracy, I expect we will take care of
medically fragile children. These types of therapy provide
the very best chance for these children to have a more
normal life.
I have personally seen the vast improvements in the life
such a child in our family.
1,285. Stacy Renteria Campbell, CA CCS helps many children who's families would not be able
to afford the extra medical services they desperately need.
1,286. Amanda Witzel santa rosa, CA
1,287. Caroline Teramo San Jose, CA
1,288. Melanie Jacobson Goleta, CA I am the adoptive mother of a 5-year-old child with special
needs. He has received therapy from CCS since infancy.
He benefits from therapy and being cut off from therapy will
affect him negatively, diminishing his success in school
and in life. Proposing cuts to children's medical services
may benefit the government in the short term, but the
deleterious long-term effects will be costly. This budget cut
proposal is mean spirited, harming an already vulnerable,
young population and their families. We would be priced
out of on-going therapy on our two-income teacher
salaries--even with health care insurance.
1,289. Lauren Glaviano San Jose, CA
1,290. Michel Towers Saratoga Springs, UT No child with this type of disease or any other, for that
matter, should be without therapy. If our congress and
California's legislators wouldn't pass some ridiculous
"earmarks", and stop giving federal benefits to illegal
aliens, there would be enough money to support such a
great program.
1,291. Rosanne Alonzo San Jose, CA
1,292. Donna Ferriero Stanford, CA I am a physician who cares for children who need these
services desperately.
1,293. Rose Miodonski Redwood City, CA Mu son has a severe disability and needs much more state
funded care. Much more than he's already receiving!
