the very best chance for these children to have a more
normal life.

needs. He has received therapy from CCS since infancy.
He benefits from therapy and being cut off from therapy will
affect him negatively, diminishing his success in school
and in life. Proposing cuts to children's medical services
may benefit the government in the short term, but the
deleterious long-term effects will be costly. This budget cut
proposal is mean spirited, harming an already vulnerable,
young population and their families. We would be priced
out of on-going therapy on our two-income teacher
salaries--even with health care insurance.

California's legislators wouldn't pass some ridiculous
"earmarks", and stop giving federal benefits to illegal
aliens, there would be enough money to support such a
great program.
