During these tests, the pilot must follow a defined and accurate trajectory. The purpose of the conference is to present a real time trajectory system developed by Eurocopter to help the helicopter pilot to follow the required path during noise flight test. RESUME Dans le cadre de la certification ou du développement de nouveaux hélicoptères, Eurocopter réalise des vols d’essais d’identification du bruit. Pendant ces vols, le pilote doit suivre une trajectoire précise. Le but de cette conférence est de présenter un outil temps réel développé par Eurocopter afin d’aider le pilote à suivre une trajectoire imposée durant les vols d’identifications du bruit.
INTRODUCTION Pour définir des procédures de moindre bruit, une campagne de mesure des empreintes sonores sur hélicoptère Dauphin a été réalisée. En fonction des procédures (approche, décollage, survol) 20 microphones et appareils d’enregistrement sont répartis de part et d’autre d’un axe de piste. Les trajectoires d’essai sont définies par rapport à la matrice de microphones au sol. Un système de trajectographie en temps réel a été développé à Eurocopter afin d’aider le pilote à suivre de façon précise les trajectoires d’essai. PRESENTATION DU BESOIN L’annexe 1 résume les constituants du système de trajectographie tel qu’il a été demandé. Les procédures d’atterrissage à moindre bruit sont caractérisées par des segments de droites à différentes pentes et avec accélération ou décélération sur trajectoire. Pour exécuter ces trajectoires, il est demandé (voir annexe1) de les positionner par rapport au point de sécurité à l’atterrissage et/ou à la matrice des microphones grâce à un guidage par DGPS. La précision demandée au système se situe à deux niveaux : celui du suivi des pentes et celui de la précision de l’affichage. En temps réel, les écarts de position de l’appareil par rapport à la courbe théorique seront indiquées au pilote afin de respecter les marges de pilotage de + ou – 5 mètres (voir figure 1 ainsi que les angles de pente et de descente conformément à la norme acoustique (FAA). Les trajectoires étant plus ou moins complexes, elles sont décomposées en plusieurs segments. Le pilote devra être informé des changements matérialisés par les points X1,X2,X3.
