ANNUAIRE 2011-2012 — version du 17/08/2011l'Agence française de lutte contre le dopage des informations permettant la localisation du sportif,conformément aux dispositions de l'article L.232-15 du même code.L'inscription à une manifestation ou compétition sportive d'un sportif ou d'un membre d'une équipeayant fait l'objet de la mesure prévue à l'article 37.1 est subordonnée à la restitution des médailles,gains et prix en relation avec les résultats annulés.Article 42Dans les deux mois à compter de la notification de la sanction au licencié, le président de l'organedisciplinaire ayant pris une décision de sanction peut décider de saisir l'Agence française de luttecontre le dopage d'une demande d'extension de la sanction disciplinaire qui a été prononcée auxactivités de l'intéressé relevant d'autres fédérations, conformément aux dispositions du 4° de l'articleL.232-22 du code du sport.TEXTES RÉGLEMENTAIRES — 08.
