Division via the Compliance Helpline (1-866-866-7349), via email at<br />

corporate.compliance@pfizer.com, or online at https://pfizer.alertline.com. In addition, <strong>Pfizer</strong><br />

prohibits colleagues participating in compliance investigations from discussing the investigation with<br />

anyone other than Human Resources or <strong>Pfizer</strong> legal <strong>and</strong> compliance representatives. This maintains<br />

the integrity of the process <strong>and</strong> assures fairness to all colleagues. Failure to maintain confidentiality<br />

<strong>and</strong>/or failure to act may result in disciplinary action up to <strong>and</strong> including termination.<br />

Duty to Act: If you reasonably believe that an employee has violated the law or <strong>Pfizer</strong> policy, you<br />

have a duty to report that information immediately to your supervisor, Human Resources, Legal, or<br />

the Compliance Division. <strong>Pfizer</strong> has open door, anti-retaliation <strong>and</strong> confidentiality policies to<br />

encourage <strong>and</strong> protect all <strong>Pfizer</strong> colleagues who raise valid concerns.<br />
