Exhibits <strong>and</strong> Displays<br />

<strong>Orange</strong> <strong>Guide</strong> – Chapter 16: Consumer <strong>and</strong> Employee Interactions<br />

<strong>Pfizer</strong> is committed to providing information to consumers about their health <strong>and</strong> <strong>Pfizer</strong> treatment<br />

options. You are sometimes provided with opportunities to interact directly with consumers by<br />

working at <strong>Pfizer</strong> exhibits or displays at consumer events such as health fairs, patient advocacy events<br />

<strong>and</strong> health screenings. The goal of these interactions should be to foster a more informed conversation<br />

between a patient <strong>and</strong> their HCP about the patient’s health <strong>and</strong> treatment options.<br />

Always disclose that you are a <strong>Pfizer</strong> employee or representative when interacting with patients. Wear<br />

your <strong>Pfizer</strong> name tag at all times.<br />

Exhibit Fees, Food <strong>and</strong> Booth Staff<br />

It is permissible to pay fair market value (FMV) for exhibit <strong>and</strong> display space at a consumer event. <strong>Pfizer</strong><br />

may provide a very modest snack or refreshment (e.g., fruit, granola bars, <strong>and</strong> bottled water) to those<br />

consumers who visit the exhibit.<br />

Non-<strong>Pfizer</strong> employees, including HCPs, should not be present at the <strong>Pfizer</strong> booth. Remember that<br />

Regional Medical Research Specialist (RMRS) <strong>and</strong> Medical Outcome Specialist (MOS) Colleagues are<br />

generally not permitted to interact with consumers pursuant to the Green <strong>and</strong> Purple <strong>Guide</strong>s,<br />

respectively.<br />
