Each <strong>Pfizer</strong> product has an Asset Team which creates promotional materials <strong>and</strong> messaging for that<br />

product. These materials <strong>and</strong> messaging are reviewed <strong>and</strong> approved by a Review Committee (RC)<br />

that includes a cross-disciplinary group of colleagues from Marketing, Medical, Regulatory Affairs<br />

<strong>and</strong> Legal.<br />

“Do Not Detail” pieces for your education only<br />

Showing a chart that you put together based on<br />

two RC-approved pieces<br />

Using any unapproved item as a visual aid to<br />

illustrate a point or concept (e.g., pill bottles,<br />

money, food, c<strong>and</strong>y, water bottles)<br />

Showing an HCP any promotional material that<br />

has been marked or altered in any way (e.g., no<br />

highlighting outside of the iCUE functionality,<br />

<strong>and</strong> no sticky notes, h<strong>and</strong>written notes, check<br />

marks, arrows, etc.)<br />

Leaving a thank you note that contains more<br />

than the name of a product, including any direct<br />

or indirect product claim (e.g., mentioning<br />

indications or disease state information)<br />

Showing <strong>Pfizer</strong> training materials or other<br />
