The master programme may have to be reviewed and updated by the
Contractor quarterly or at more frequent intervals as may be directed by the
Engineer depending on the exegencles of the work.
Oetalled day to day programme of every month is to be submitted by the
Contractor betore the commencement ot the month.
Samples ot aU materials proposed to be used shall be submitted as directed
by the Engineer, in sufficient quantities. tor approval. All samples shall be
submitted _II In advance of starting work at site. Approved samples wilt be
preserved by tha Engineer for tuture reference. The approval ot the Engineer
shall not, in any _y, relieve the Contractor of his responsibility ot supplying
materiaI'ot specified quaQty.
Design mix as per details of this specifICation giving proportions" ot
ingredients, sources ot aggregates and cement along with accompanying test
results of trial mixes as per relevant IS Specifications shall be submitted to
the Engineer, for his approval, before it can be used on the work.
5.2.4 Detail Drawings
Following items shall be provided by the Contractor which are to be approved
by lIle OWner and Consultant.
a) Detail drawings and destgns of torm work includin9 scaffolding to be
used. If sllpform method of construction is adopted. then detail
drawings showing all the arrangements for slipform technique
including methods tor reducing Internal diameter and providing
raquired slopes on outer diameter.
b) Detail drawings and bar bending schedules for concrete components.
c) Shop drawings forstructunll.steel and 'metai work. including inserts
'. etc. The Contractor shan submit his proposal for testing site and shop

d) Detail drawings for templates and temporary supports tor
embedments.
e) Category wise raql,lirements of MS, tor and structural steel including
GI fiats of various sizes for procurement.
f} Detailed drawings of steel llues indicating details of joints, supports
and restraints including insulation blocks. and details of expansion
compensator.
g} Detailed drawing of hoisting arrangement tor men and material
satisfying statutory regulations laid down tor safety purpose.
