of Grievances of Employees
Consequent to reorganisation of States
of Bihar (Bihar & Jharkhand), Madhya Pradesh
(Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh) and Uttar
Pradesh (Uttar Pradesh & Uttrakhand), the
distribution of employees and their grievances
are to be examined and decided by Chairperson,
CEA as Appellate Authority. During the year, 116
cases have been examined and recommendations
sent to the respective Board/State Government
after the approval of Appellate Authority.
