Purpose<br />

The Customer Service Communications and Marketing (CSCM) department supports all of<br />

Metro’s strategic goals and builds confidence in the Metro brand.<br />

Responsibilities<br />

CSCM is responsible for communicating, marketing and informing customers, employees and<br />

stakeholders about Metro’s services, programs and policies. CSCM also serves as the customer<br />

advocate within Metro by seeking input from customers and ensuring that feedback is considered<br />
