WMATA FY2017 Capital Project Summary
CIP0139_S2 Electronic Transfer Records Analysis
No formal transfer records are used when Rail Traffic
Controllers (RTC) complete shift briefings. Until such time
as electronic transfer records are implemented, WMATA
must ensure that its RTCs utilize paper‐based reporting logs
with formal signatures.. This project addresses FTA SMI R‐1‐
9‐a.
