METODOLOGÍAS ANALÍTICAS-RESULTADOS Y DISCUSIÓN Comparación de rectas de regresión La comparación de los resultados de las rectas de regresión se efectuó a los efectos de determinar la existencia o no de efecto matriz y consecuentemente establecer el método de calibración para muestras reales. El análisis estadístico fue efectuado a partir de los resultados obtenidos para soluciones acuosas de estándares a y soluciones de frutas adicionadas, a las siguientes concentraciones 50- 25- 10- 5- 2,5 y 1,0 µg/l, y en las mismas condiciones extractivas y cromatográficas. Se determinó la independencia y normalidad de los residuos a partir de los estadísticos correspondientes.
