A fin de subsanar estos inconvenientes se repitieron los ensayos incrementando el número de determinaciones a n= 10 para estas matrices. Se detalla en tabla 59 los nuevos resultados obtenidos en estas condiciones:

Los límites de detección y cuantificación se estimaron a partir de la curva de regresión de soluciones acuosas de jugos procesados de arándanos adicionadas, a bajas concentraciones de los analitos 10 - 2,5- y 1,0 µg/l, n= 30 determinaciones individuales y α= 0,05, aplicando los procedimientos y criterios explicitados, dichos resultados se muestran en la tabla 60. La recuperación del método se determinó para soluciones acuosas de jugos procesados de arándanos adicionadas de Triadimefon, Penconazole, Propiconazole y Tebuconazole a 50- 10- 2,5 y 1 µg/l, en las mismas condiciones de extracción y a partir de las curvas de calibración respectivas. Los resultados se pueden observar en la tabla 61.
