Se puede concluir que existe efecto matriz para todos los analitos evaluados y por lo tanto, para la determinación de muestras reales de jugos de arándanos es necesario efectuar la calibración con muestras adicionadas. La precisión del método fue determinada para cada concentración y analito, a partir de soluciones de jugos procesados de arándanos adicionados para todas las concentraciones en las condiciones antes mencionadas. Para cada concentración se determinó el intervalo de confianza de la medida de acuerdo a la distribución t de Student para n= 5 mediciones individuales con v = n-1 grados de libertad y α = 0,05. En las tablas 57 y 58 se presentan los resultados de precisión para dos concentraciones a modo de ejemplificación, los demás datos para 10 µg/l se pueden observar en las tablas de análisis unidimensional. Los coeficientes de variación relativos, para bajas concentraciones de propiconazole I y tebuconazole son ligeramente mayores, sin embargo están en un intervalo aceptable para este tipo de muestras. 253 (66) (67) (68)
