DARPG or concerned Ministries/Departments/<br />
Organizations,GOI or State Govts. through Internet using<br />
any Browser Interface. Automatic Online Data transmission<br />
between Ministries/Departments/Organisations and the<br />
subordinate organizations is facilitated by CPGRAMS.<br />
CPGRAMS can be implemented by Ministries/Departments/<br />
Organizations by accessing the centralized server hosted<br />
in NIC SAN without any requirement <strong>of</strong> dedicated hardware<br />
and s<strong>of</strong>tware at their end.<br />
Transpowernet Project:<br />
Web based Application for monitoring <strong>of</strong> Transmission<br />
Projects by the <strong>Ministry</strong> and data sharing between<br />
Transmission utilities and CEA with remote data updation<br />
facility conceptualized data formats finalised by the <strong>Ministry</strong><br />
with the assistance <strong>of</strong> Project Coordinator (NIC), and<br />
CEA and implemented on NICNET staging server. The<br />
analysis and decision making regarding data<br />
availability and posting is underway. The permanent<br />
URL: http://transpowernet.gov.in has been allocated for<br />
this application and the application will be shifted to this<br />
after data posting and Auditing.<br />
ACC Vacancy Monitoring System (AVMS)<br />
AVMS is a web-based application, which helps to know the<br />
status <strong>of</strong> ACC Vacancies falling under the purview <strong>of</strong> ACC.<br />
The application enables the users (Ministries/Departments)<br />
to maintain a record for the Vacancies falling under the<br />
purview <strong>of</strong> ACC, either DPC Based on NON DPC Based.<br />
The system has been designed in such a manner that the<br />
controlling <strong>of</strong>ficer <strong>of</strong> an organization can view the status <strong>of</strong><br />
the vacancy and could take appropriate decisions. This has<br />
been achieved by putting rigorous efforts while designing<br />
<strong>of</strong> the database for the application<br />
MIS for APDRP : The System Study for development<br />
<strong>of</strong> MIS has been initiated after the consent <strong>of</strong><br />
concerned JS.<br />
Intra Portal:<br />
The Portal, a tool towards less paper <strong>of</strong>fice, has been<br />
implemented in the <strong>Ministry</strong> to facilitate the <strong>of</strong>ficials <strong>of</strong> the<br />
<strong>Ministry</strong> in accessing various information in an authorized<br />
manner from a single window. This Portal available at URL:<br />
http://intrapower.nic.in is a one-stop source <strong>of</strong> G2G and<br />
G2E services and enables the <strong>of</strong>ficers/<strong>of</strong>ficials <strong>of</strong> the<br />
<strong>Ministry</strong> to access Online comprehensive information. The<br />
Portal facilitates the <strong>of</strong>ficers/<strong>of</strong>ficials to access online the<br />
recent Circulars/Notices, News, upcoming events, Bulletin<br />
board, Instant Messaging, Telephone/E-Mail directory and<br />
minutes <strong>of</strong> meetings. Portal facilitates the printing <strong>of</strong> forms<br />
(Leave, LTC, Medical, GPF, Higher Education, HBA, Loans,<br />
Pensions, Tour, Income Tax, General stores etc.), Personal<br />
Pr<strong>of</strong>ile, ACR status and Forms, Guidelines <strong>of</strong> LTC/HBA<br />
rules, Leave/Tour information, Generation/Printing <strong>of</strong> Pay<br />
Slips, GPF statements etc. The portal provides the access<br />
to e-Governance applications like File Tracking System,<br />
Telephone billing System, NPMC reports etc. The<br />
information under Intra <strong>Power</strong> web portal is being updated<br />
on regular basis.<br />
Bharat Nirman Web Portal and web based MIS for<br />
Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Vidhyutikaran Yojana<br />
(RGGVY)<br />
Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Vidhyutikaran Yojana (RGGVY) was<br />
introduced by the <strong>Ministry</strong> which aims at providing electricity<br />
in all villages and habitations in four years and provides<br />
access to electricity to all rural households. This programme<br />
has been brought under the ambit <strong>of</strong> Bharat Nirman and a<br />
web portal has been developed for the same . Status <strong>of</strong><br />
Rural Electrification under RGGVY has been updated on<br />
regular basis on the Bharat Nirman web portal available at<br />
URL: http://bharatnirman.gov.in . Web based MIS for Rajiv<br />
Gandhi Grameen Vidyutikaran Yojana (RGGVY ), a key<br />
component <strong>of</strong> Bharat Nirman portal, has been designed<br />
and developed by NIC in consultation with MOP & REC .<br />
This system generates MIS reports and National<br />
Broadsheet with drill-down features. The accessibility <strong>of</strong> the<br />
system is through authenticated user-ids. A web portal <strong>of</strong><br />
RGGVY has also been developed to facilitate G2C interface<br />
<strong>of</strong> the programme. The web Portal and the web based MIS<br />
are undergoing Cyber Security Audit by NIC.<br />
State Pr<strong>of</strong>ile Information System :<br />
Maintained and supported for containing State Related data<br />
for Planning, OM, RE, APDRP , Transmission in formats<br />
meeting the requirements with data updation facility only<br />
to concerned Directors. This system is an MIS for meetings<br />
between the Minister and State CM s and data entry is going<br />
on.<br />
TBPMS (Telephone Bill Payment Monitoring<br />
System)<br />
This Web based application implemented earlier has been<br />
maintained and supported for use by the <strong>Ministry</strong> The target<br />
user is the Admin Division for mainitaining the records<br />
related to Telephone Bills and monitoring the payment.<br />
Right to Information Act, 2005 Portal<br />
RTI-MIS is an online web enabled System for on-line<br />
processing/ monitoring <strong>of</strong> Requests and Appeals received<br />
from citizens by the concerned Public Authority. The<br />
implementation <strong>of</strong> RTI-MIS for the <strong>Ministry</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Power</strong> as<br />
well as the Organisations under the <strong>Ministry</strong> has been done.<br />
