Total impedance between the ground contact at the inlet power<br />

connector and any accessible metal part shall not exceed 0.1 ohm, per<br />

The ventilator shall be able to survive 1500 volts applied from either<br />

phase of the AC power inlet to Earth ground for a period of one minute,<br />

per IEC 601-1.<br />
