Summary: Establish a temporary office for the exclusive use of the Owner ANDOwner’s Representative. Locate the temporary office on the job site in a locationsatisfactory to the Owner, adequately furnish and maintain in a clean orderlycondition.B. This work shall consist of furnishing, erecting, equipping, and maintaining fieldoffices for the Owner. The work shall include cleaning, supplying utility services,office furniture, equipment, and supplies as required for the exclusive use of theOwner’s Representative. Upon completion of the project, the field office(s),furniture, accessories, and equipment provided shall remain the property of theContractor.C.
