Submit manufacturer'laddertype wiring diagrams for interlock and control wiring required for finalinstallation <strong>of</strong> packaged heating units and controls. Clearly differentiate betweenportions <strong>of</strong> wiring that are factoryinstalled and portions to be fieldinstalled.D. Maintenance Data: Submit maintenance data and parts list for each packagedheating and cooling unit, control, and accessory; including "troubleshooting"maintenance guide. Include this data and product data in maintenance manual; inaccordance with requirements <strong>of</strong> Division 1.1.5 DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLINGA. Handle packaged heating and cooling units and components carefully to preventdamage, breaking, denting and scoring. Do not install damaged packaged heatingand cooling units or components; replace with new.B. Store packaged heating units and components in clean dry place. Protect fromweather, dirt, fumes, water, construction debris, and physical damage.C. Comply with Manufacturer's rigging and installation instructions for unloadingpackaged heating and cooling units, and moving units to final location forinstallation.1.6 SPECIAL PROJECT WARRANTYA. Warranty on Motor: Provide written warranty, signed by manufacturer, agreeingto replace/repair, within warranty period, motors with inadequate and defectivematerials and workmanship, including leakage, breakage, improper assembly, orfailure to perform as required; provided manufacturer's instructions for handling,installing, protecting, and maintaining units have been adhered to during warrantyperiod. Replacement is limited to component replacement only, and does notinclude labor for removal and reinstallation.1.
