Refer to Division 16 for conduit types and installation requirements.5. All cables run in free air shall be plenum rated.6. Junction boxes shall be provided at all cable splices, equipment terminations,and transitions from EMT to flexible conduit.7. Where the space above the ceiling is a supply or return air plenum, the wiringshall be plenum rated. Teflon wiring can be run without conduit abovesuspended ceilings. EXCEPTION: Any wire run in suspended ceilings that isused to connect the system to the fire management system shall be in conduit.B. Enclosures1. Refer to Division 16.2. The tubing and wiring within all enclosures shall be run in plastic track. Wiringwithin controllers shall be wrapped and secured.3. All tubing shall be connected to enclosures through conduit. Use bulkheadfittings where appropriate.C. Input/Output Equipment1. Analog input resolution shall be 12 bit. Each output point shall be providedwith a light emitting diode (LED) which shall indicate status (on<strong>of</strong>f) <strong>of</strong> digitaloutputs. Analog outputs must be true analog for proportional output control.D. Electric Outlet1. Provide a single phase, 120 Volt AC electrical service outlet inside or within 6feet <strong>of</strong> the controller enclosures for use with test equipment.2.2 COMMUNICATIONA. Control products, communication media, connectors, repeaters, hubs, and routers shallcomprise a BACnet internetwork. Controller and operator interface communicationshall conform to ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 135, BACnet.B.
