Visual and Mechanical Inspection: Include the following inspections and relatedwork:3.4 CLEANING1. Inspect for defects and physical damage, labeling, and nameplatecompliance with requirements of uptodate drawings and panelboardschedules.2. Exercise and perform operational tests of all mechanical components andother operable devices in accordance with manufacturer's instructionmanual.3. Check panelboard mounting, area clearances, and alignment and fit ofcomponents.4. Check tightness of bolted electrical connections with calibrated torquewrench. Refer to manufacturer's instructions for proper torque values.A. Upon completion of installation, inspect interior and exterior of panelboards.Remove paint splatters and other spots, dirt, and debris. Touch up scratches andmars of finish to match original finish.3.5 COMMISSIONINGA. Balancing Loads: After Substantial Completion, but not more than two monthsafter Final Acceptance, conduct loadbalancing measurements and circuit changesas follows:1. Perform measurements during period of normal working load as advisedby the Owner.2. Perform loadbalancing circuit changes outside the normaloccupancy/working schedule of the facility.
