Triangle <strong>Arts</strong> Association Limited (aka Triangle <strong>Arts</strong> Association)<br />

$25,000 Brooklyn, NY<br />

To support residencies <strong>for</strong> visual artists and related activities. The program will support <strong>the</strong> spring residencies<br />

and Contemporary Art Criticism Reading Group <strong>for</strong> artists of diverse backgrounds with an emphasis on <strong>the</strong><br />

creation of community and cross-cultural exchange. To accompany <strong>the</strong> residencies, Triangle <strong>Arts</strong> Association will<br />

host open studio weekends, lectures, artist talks, screenings, exhibitions, curator-led tours, and educational<br />

activities that are free and open to <strong>the</strong> public. Artists invited to participate include: Chloe Bass, Admire<br />

Kamudzengerere, Rachel Monosov, and Cheryl Wing-Zi Wong.<br />

Women's Studio Workshop, Inc.<br />

$35,000 Rosendale, NY<br />

To support international residencies <strong>for</strong> artists. The program will focus on emerging and mid-career women<br />

artists. Participants will receive a stipend, studio space, technical and production assistance, a materials<br />

allowance, and travel costs during <strong>the</strong>ir residencies. Residencies will supports artists working in print, paper,<br />

book arts, photography, ceramics, installation, and public art.<br />
