mostly mx from tune-in at 2015 to 2200 UTC signing-off. Rapid fire<br />

announcer during musical breaks, muffled audio, hard to un<strong>der</strong>stand signal<br />

built from s5 to 20 db/9 by s/off. Got a nice tape of the s/off annt in<br />

French and anthem for the tape collection <br />

CHAD Maybe a misident for Madagascar as I hear Chad on v4904.4 kHz. No<br />

problem Oct 15th when I checked 1604 UTC onwards after leaving 7120 kHz at
