In short, the standard time and fqy stns RBU (66 kHz) and RWM (4996, 9996,<br />

14996 kHz) are planned to be transferred from Elektrostral/Noginsk<br />

(Radiocentre 9) to Taldom (Radiocentre 3) in the first quarter of 2008.<br />

Taldom engineers have done the preparational works (repairing/constructing<br />

antennas and xmtrs, including the unique "Zont" antenna system for RBU)
