In short, the standard time and fqy stns RBU (66 kHz) and RWM (4996, 9996,
14996 kHz) are planned to be transferred from Elektrostral/Noginsk
(Radiocentre 9) to Taldom (Radiocentre 3) in the first quarter of 2008.
Taldom engineers have done the preparational works (repairing/constructing
antennas and xmtrs, including the unique "Zont" antenna system for RBU)
