Solomons, but cannot be sure. High band noise this morning.
4920 RRI Biak 1311-1322 Sep 10. Jakarta relay in progress to 1320, then
local programming and music. Fair at best.

IRELAND 252 RTE, Summerhill, seems to be back on DRM mode evenings as
observed. around 9-10 Set, and this now is a daytime obs.: 1428-..., 11
Sept, English, interview, 34443, QRM de ALG; it was worse later in the
afternoon.

ISRAEL Cf. bcdx #823. Voice of Israel anounced in advance the changes
starting September the 2nd, but observing their transmissions I found some
chaos in the frequency usage. Asking for best frequencies or random
switches in the technical departament there?
For example: the bc in En & Fr 0330-0400 on Sep 1st was on 9345, on 2nd on
11590 and today over Radio Bulgaria on 9400 and 7530 kHz was inputed on
Sep 3rd etc. Today were observed:
0300 Hebrew on 9400
0330 En,Fr on 9400, 7530
0400 Hebrew on 9345 (on 3rd of Sep was on 11590) - 0500
1400-1525 Farsi/jammed on old 11605, 13850 (not 13855 !), 15760
1530-1630 Hebrew on 15760
1630-1700 Rom and Ladino on 9345, 11590, 15760
and heard yesterday Sept 3rd:
