Strange 9325 KRE, and IBB IRA Tinang-PHL and strange 9335 KRE, and IBB
KWT.

Well, KRE (North Korea) is not in HFCC, so its usage is easy to forget,
unless you axually monitor or pay attention to DX sources! IBB Tinang is
indeed scheduled now on 9325 at 1300-1530; on 9335, IBB Kuwait at 0030-
0430 & 1130-1830, plus Sri Lanka 1900-2130 UT.
As usual we await Pyongyang's always-late frequency schedule update, from
Arnulf Piontek in Berlin but per Aoki S07 they were using 9325 in A07 at
1300-2050 at 325 degrees to Europe. And 9335 at 1300-1750 at 28 degrees,
while VOA was already colliding on 9335 kHz at 1430-1830 UT from Kuwait to
Afghanistan.
Or it could well be that bureaucratically, IBB is well aware of North
Korea on 9325 and 9335, but for political reasons they choose to use the
frequencies anyway, figuring they have the upper hand in desired target
areas. Sort of like who's got the bigger bombs.

Correction:
13670 Kuwait NOT DRM 0500-0900 UT. I guess R KWT is NOT at all on 13670
kHz. I listened twice these days, and I guess it is CNR Urumchi 0200-1400
UT service in similar KAZ UIG, Khyrghiz and Arabic like music.
13670 at 1400-1600 UT is CRI Cerrik-ALB in Arabic service. And IBB Tinian
Chinese and Firedrake jamming at 1500-1900 UT too. KWT on 15505 kHz heard
til 1740 UT approx.

Libya is really back on shortwave from own soil. Checked the whole FCC
schedule of Sabrata registrations last week, using on of my superb good
old Sony ICF2010 units, toured in nearby Spain in the Mediterranean:
All Sabrata channels carry a minor buzz tone, but not annoying.
