Animal/bird-like call at 1206 into presumed radio drama thru t/out.
Remarkable signal at t/in, eventually fading out by 1215. Quick checks for
other 90m PNG's revealed a few carriers but nothing like this one.

tin, OM from 1055 until presumed ID announcement at ToH, right back to
music. Poor, rapidly deteriorating.
5039.3 presumed R. Libertad, 1023-1036, Nov 8, Spanish. OM w/ talk b/w
musical selections. Poor under QRN.

0600 UT. Kommt da noch etwas in Europa an, zumindest in der Stunde bis
0600 UT? Oder passt das nicht mehr in der Wintersaison? Was sagt der

decoding, 12 dB S/N, but only occasional snippets of audio making it
through; program in German. 17.46 kbps stream.

15150 ?? Came across of a Russian language DX programme of "Golos Rossii"
at Wed 1340 to 1358 UT. Most probably Pavel Mikhailov speaking - in like
machine gun type ...
15150 not listed in any frequency list yet.
S=9+10 dB, one hop reception, so I guess 250 / 500 kW outlet originate
direct from Moscow site.
