BBG's budget request for fiscal year 2008, available at

The FY 2008 request for Engineering reflects a reduction from base
operations related to VOA, RFE/RL, and RFA broadcast program reductions,
including associated transmission costs and management and administrative
efficiencies. In addition, this request includes transmission savings
associated with the reduction of shortwave transmission and the downsizing
of the BBG transmitting station operations, including the closure of one
transmitting station.
