So, seems the Ukrainians replaced mothballed Lviv site registration later
by Mykolaiv-UKR, west of Crimea.
Simferopol Crimea Ukraine is the old "veiled" call of the USSR era, used
with ITU in decades. But tx site location is really 255 kilometers away
