ZAMBIA Best reception for new CVC tx from Makeni Ranch in Zambia from<br />

<strong>05</strong>00 to <strong>05</strong>58 UT on 9430 kHz. After that from 0600 UT on 13590 kHz weak to<br />

acceptable depending on conditions. In the afternoon only some traces on<br />

13590 and 13650 kHz.<br />

On December 3 CVC transmissions monitored from 1025 UT on 13590 kHz, poor<br />

strength on clear channel, improved to fair by 1230 UT, 1440 UT recheck<br />

found them on 13650 kHz, presume via new Zambian transmitters.<br />
