Voice of Tigray Revolution has now popped up on additional 5960 // usual
5980 6185 kHz. I first heard them on this NF Oct 04 at 1850, HOA songs
covered by co-channel TRT, then again Oct 05 at 0353 UT opening with IS
barely audible under Channel Africa. On both occasions all three
frequencies were used simultaneously.

VORT - R. Fana added frequency, and VORT confirmed that it broadcasted it
at three frequency.
Can be heard on 5960, 5980, and 6185 kHz.
Ethiopians heard on 5960, 5970, 5980, and 5990 kHz around 1500-2000* UT,
hi.

FRANCE/MONACO 702 MW, China R International via Col de la Madone, 2025-
2040, Sept 27, French talks, 21431 with strong QRM from an East European
station plus another weak station in French, heard // 7200 (very strong),
7320 and 11660.

New schedule since Oct 01: 0700-1200 in French, 1200-1400 in Chinese,
1400-1700 in Italian and 1700-2200 in French again. Note that every hours,
after the time signal there is an ID in French (even in Italian and
Chinese programmes): "Il est ....heures, vous ‚coutez RCI". Tests since
Sept 26. The frequency can reach West and Central Italy and part of the
Mediterranean with strong signals.

called Bavarian Open Radio (yes, that's the, uh, German name), carried
also on the 801/729 mediumwave transmitters.
