AIR Delhi spurious outlet, one tx at Delhi site is in bad condition at
present.
Two 14 kHz wide spurious signals noted today Sept 16th of nominal 9875
kHz, on 9825 and 9925 kHz. Signal s-off at 1715 UT. Still AIR Russian sce
via Delhi tx at 1615-1715 UT on Sept 21. Splatter spurs of 9875 kHz heard
on 9819-9825 and 9921-9928 kHz again on Sept 21.
Originate NOT from Samara-RUS as assumed previously. But Samara still
transmit a heavy BUZZ on German sce 12010 at 1500-1700 UT on Sept 21.

9680 RRI Jakarta, 0950-1055, Sept 15, back on the air for Ramadan. Were
they saving their transmitter for Ramadan or have they been doing
repairs/maintenance for the past 9 weeks? Heard in Basha Indonesia, pop
song and ballad, choral anthem, ToH into Ramadan program, brief Islamic
music, two OM in long conversation about Ramadan and Islam, Jakarta phone
numbers given to call or send "SMS" text, on-air phone conversations,
reciting from the Qu'ran. Poor to fair till ToH, due to QRM from CNR-1
(1000*) on 9675. From 1000-1055 was fair-good, then covered by *1055 of
CNR-1 (jamming CBS Taiwan). Unfortunately during Ramadan the Kang Guru
Radio English (KGRE) program here on Wed. & Sun. (1000-1020) is usually
preempted.

ID, address & web address. Back to Chinese at 1128. Fair to good signal
until covered by Poland in English at 1200 on 9525.

RRI Makassar. The CNR -1 of 4750 kHz goes off the air today on Sep. 15.
Therefore I can receive RRI Makassar well from 0900 UT. Local ID at 1006
