NETHERLANDS The Dutch government has invited parties interested in
using one of the remaining unallocated regional FM and medium wave
frequencies in the Netherlands to register their proposals by 30 October.
The plan is to use the same system of comparative applications that was
used for the national licences in 2003. It is intended to begin the
licensing process before the end of 2007. There are twelve FM and four
medium wave frequencies available. The medium wave details are:
1035 Echt 10 kW directional (day/night)
1224 Almere 40 kW directional (day)/20 kW ND (night)
