9845 UNID 0350-0359* July 8 a man preaching in English with translation
into Russian; a brief music bridge at 0354 UT and announcements in
Russian; off at 0359 UTwithout an ID; not listed in EiBi or the Japanese
Bi newsletter; HFCC list has this broadcast as coming from Skelton in
England but with no clear identity as to the broadcaster; I assume that
the letters in the HFCC list MNO Merlin Network One and TRW TV Radio Wave
but this seems of little help to me. This frequency is used at 0400 UT for
VOA-Lampertheim in Kurdish
