currently very variable on many circuits. I've just been checking Jordan
11690 and it's only peaking to just over S7 here - usually it's over 9 by
1400+. And their 15290 was similarly below normal today at 1140.

U.K. Log of Skelton outlets on July 3rd:
17875 kHz 0830 UT West Africa Democracy Radio program missed today. Only
continues VTMC pause alternate CELLO music from London control room noted
over and over again. Strong signal into Europe at S=9+20 dB level.
Scheduled 0700-1100 UT (xWoofferton).
13780 kHz DWL German from Skelton spread out a 2 x 29 kHz very wide
signal, both sidebands. My location situated direct at 125 degrees main
lobe from Skelton towards Brussels, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Slovenia,
Macedonia, Thessaloniki direction.
S=9+50 dB superb level, which is seldom noted these days, at 0810 UT.

I think that I also heard the signal on 17875 playing only the "Merlin
music" - used for tests or when there is no programme. But it came to life
again later with the WADR programme. Signals from Skelton are not usually
very well received here, and sometimes there are "strange" flutter fading
characteristics. 13780 is audible but not very good - it's a better signal
now at 1400+ from Sines I guess.

Did it stay on the air after 2000 UT? I hear nothing at 2030, but it often
skips over here less than 1 megameter away. This station makes a one-hour-
earlier shift in all its transmissions during DST in the USA, now from the
second Sunday in March to the first Sunday in November.
So the broadcasts on 15385 should now be 1800-1900 in English, 1900-2000
in Spanish.
I see that in all the online schedules for A-07 WRTH, EiBi, Aoki, HFCC and
FCC, these changes are NOT shown, still the winter timings of 19-21 for
this frequency, 020-0330 on 7555, and 1400-1700 on 11715 but these are
also really one UT hour earlier. PWBR does get it right with their arrows
