Hi Ian,
Looks like Malabo SW site began operations in July 1967 with 10 kW & Bata
in 1973 with 50 kW. How does this compare with WRTH editions of that era?
I only have WRTH editions from 1972 onwards but here's what they mention :
1972: La Voz de Guinea Ecuatorial, 6250 kHz / 10 kW
Radio Bata, 4926 kHz / 5 kW
1973: Radio Santa Isabel, 6250 kHz / 10 kW
Radio Bata, 4926 kHz / 5 kW
1974: Radio Santa Isabel, 6250 kHz / 10 kW
Radio Ecuatorial, 4926 kHz / 5 kW
1975: Radio Malabo, 6250 kHz / 10 kW
Radio Ecuatorial, 4926 kHz / 5 kW
Later editions include future plans for a Foreign Service under Radio
Bata.
Then:
1981: Radio Malabo, 6250 kHz - 10 kW
Radio Ecuatorial, 4926 kHz / 5 kW and 5005 kHz / 100 kW
1982: F.pl. Foreign Service on 15190 kHz (50 kW)
1983: Radio Nacional de Guinea Ecuatorial
Bata 4925a 5/50 kW
Bata 5005a 50 kW
Bata 6120b 50 kW
Malabo 6250 10 kW
Malabo 11715 50 kW
1984: Radio Nacional de Guinea Ecuatorial
Bata 4925a 100 kW
Bata 5005a 100 kW
